All appointments desired to be cancelled or changed must be done so no less than 24 hours prior to original appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the appointment price. I understand emergencies happen. If we reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment, the 50% charge will be waived. I do not have a late fee. After 5 minutes have gone by past appointment time, I will reach out via text. After 10 minutes, I will reach out via phone call. 15 minutes past appointment time without word, you will be marked as a No-Show and the No-Show Policy will be applied. No-Show Policy: 100% of the appointment price will be charged used to book. If unable to process, it will be due before you are able to book again. If No-Shows become a pattern, you will be blocked from booking any future appointments.
